2. Services
We provide web development, design, mobile application development, IT consulting, and related digital services. The specific scope, deliverables, timeline, and cost of each project will be agreed upon in writing before work begins.
3. Quotations and pricing
All prices displayed on our website are starting prices in British Pounds (GBP) and are exclusive of VAT where applicable. Final pricing will be confirmed in a detailed project proposal tailored to your requirements.
Quotations are valid for 30 days from the date of issue unless otherwise stated.
4. Payment terms
- A deposit is required before work commences, the amount of which will be specified in the project proposal
- Remaining payments are due according to the schedule outlined in the project agreement
- Late payments may incur interest at 8% above the Bank of England base rate, in accordance with the Late Payment of Commercial Debts (Interest) Act 1998
5. Project delivery
We will make reasonable efforts to deliver projects within the agreed timeframe. Delivery timelines are estimates and may be affected by factors including client feedback delays, scope changes, or third-party dependencies.
Projects require client sign-off at key milestones. Delays in providing feedback or content may extend the delivery timeline.
6. Client responsibilities
You agree to:
- Provide all necessary content, images, and information in a timely manner
- Provide prompt feedback at project milestones
- Ensure that any content you provide does not infringe on third-party intellectual property rights
- Maintain backups of any original content provided to us
7. Intellectual property
Upon full payment, you will own the final deliverables created specifically for your project. We retain the right to use completed work in our portfolio and marketing materials unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Third-party assets (stock images, fonts, plugins) remain subject to their respective licences.
8. Revisions
The number of revision rounds included in each project will be specified in the project proposal. Additional revisions beyond the agreed scope may incur extra charges at our standard hourly rate.
9. Cancellation
Either party may cancel a project by providing written notice. In the event of cancellation:
- Work completed up to the point of cancellation will be invoiced
- Deposits are non-refundable unless otherwise agreed
- Any materials or deliverables produced up to cancellation will be provided to you upon payment of outstanding invoices
10. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Peak Multimedia LTD shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or services. Our total liability shall not exceed the total fees paid for the relevant project.
11. Website use
You may use our website for lawful purposes only. You must not use our website in any way that is unlawful, harmful, or fraudulent, or in connection with any such purpose or activity.
12. Third-party links
Our website may contain links to third-party websites. We are not responsible for the content or practices of these external sites.
13. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
